The additional library will allow real estate professionals to conveniently populate listing forms without leaving the ZipForm(r) application. Operated by the Regional Multiple Listing Service of Minnesota, Inc. (RMLS), the NorthstarMLS(tm) system was host to more than $19 billion of real estate transaction volume in 2005. The system serves more than 21,000 REALTORS(r) in Minnesota and western Wisconsin.
The enhancement will add the NorthstarMLS(tm) forms library to the already bundled document package received by the Saint Paul Area Association of REALTORS(r) (SPAAR). The additional library is also accessible upon availability for members of the Minnesota Association of REALTORS(r) (MAR) outside the Saint Paul area who are also NorthstarMLS(tm) subscribers. The addition of the NorthstarMLS(tm) library into SPAAR and MAR, where available, adds another timesaving feature for ZipForm(r) users.
