Please be informed that the temporary ISIN code in Keops will be deleted from the Official List with effect from 1 February 2007.

The share capital in ISIN code DK0010250588 is consequently changed.

Ordinary general meeting for the financial year 2005/2006 is held 26 January 2007.

The increase has been registered with the Danish Commerce and Companies Agency.
