Bank's decision to increase stock capital

On 17-01-2007 SAMPO BANK plc (Finland) - the only shareholder of AB Sampo Bank (Lithuania) made the decision to 
increase the capital of it's subsidiary (AB SAMPO bank (Lithuania)) from 234,908,000 LTL (EUR 68,034,059.31) to 
304,908,000 LTL (EUR 88,307,460.61) from the additional contribution. For that reason 700,000 new shares have been 
released. The nominal value of the share is 100 LTL.
