Bo Stig Hansen, Department Manager - Development, and employee elected board member has decided to resign as of February 28, 2007. Alternate director is Jens Wandler, Business Consultant, who has been employed in Maconomy since May 1, 2003. The new board of directors will constitute itself at the upcoming board meeting March 5, 2007.
