FIH Erhvervsbank and ATP enter into financial cooperation on a newly established daughter company - FIH Kapital Bank. The company is established to obtain a more diversified funding strategy. The daughter bank, which has obtained a separate bank licence on 18 January 2007, acquires a share of FIH Erhvervsbank's loan portefolio and will focus solely on business sector lending. The establishment of the daughter bank should be seen as a form of securitisation.
