INCAP AND BEVESYS FINLAND WILL START A CO-OPERATION IN PRODUCTION OF RECYCLING SYSTEMS

Incap Corporation has signed a co-operation agreement with Bevesys Finland Ltd., who supplies and maintains reverse vending systems for used beverage containers used in the retail outlets. These systems include reverse vending machines for refillable and non-refillable used beverage containers, sorting systems and compactors. Co-operation agreement involves manufacturing of electronics and mechanics for these devices and component assembly until the final product. Component manufacturing and assembly will be done in Incap's Helsinki and Kuressaare factories.

The prospects of Bevesys Finland Ltd. as a supplier of recycling systems are good because the markets are expected to grow due to increase in recycling. Also deposit systems are expanding in Finland in the beginning of year 2008.
