NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Feb. 8, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- HomeAid, a leading national non-profit provider of housing for today's homeless, announced that the organization added three new members to its national board of directors: Laura Brayman from HomeAid Colorado, David (Dave) Fleiner from Georgia-Pacific LLC, and Boyce Thompson from Hanley Wood, LLC. All three were confirmed by the national board of directors at its February 8 meeting, held in conjunction with The International Builders' Show(r) & NEXTBUILD(tm) in Orlando, FL.

"Each of these three board members bring a unique perspective and skill set to the national board that will be a tremendous asset in HomeAid's nationwide efforts to end homelessness," said Genette Eaton, chief executive officer of HomeAid. "All three members possess decades of experience in the building industry, which will significantly help their understanding of how HomeAid provides housing for homeless individuals and families, as well as a drive to address the homelessness cause itself at a national level."
