Universal Capital Management, Inc. Reports That Its Portfolio Company, Third-Order Nanotechnology, Inc., Has Added the CTO of Essex Corp., a Subsidiary of Northrop Grumman, to Its Board of Advisors

("Third-Order") announced the addition of Mr. Terry Turpin, CTO of Essex Corp. to its Board of Scientific and Commercialization Advisors.
