has been notified of a change in a shareholding in the company.
The number of shares owned by Umo Capital-group in Stonesoft Corporation has
increased, as from March 13, 2007 to 2.876.900 representing 5,02% of the share
capital and voting rights. The division of ownership of Umo Capital-group is
currently as follows:
Umo Capital Oy, Company ID 0115056-1, number of shares: 317.000, representing
0.55% of the share capital and voting rights.
Ulkomarkkinat Oy, Company ID 0115507-1, number of shares: 2.499.900,
representing 4.36% of the share capital and voting rights
Balance Capital Oy: Company ID 1605452-1, number of shares: 60.000, representing
0.10% of the share capital and voting rights
