Correction to the previous stock exchange release, released on March 15, 2007 at
12:30 p.m., titled “Beltton-Group Plc's Annual General Meeting on April 4,      
2007”:                                                                          

Dividend                                                                        

The dividend approved by the Annual General Meeting will be paid to shareholders
of the company registered by the Central Securities Depository on April 11,     
2007.                                                                           


In the earlier release, Notice on Annual General Meeting, this date was stated
as April 9, 2007.
