West Michigan Firm Offers Exclusive Access to Kentucky Derby Suites
Inside Track, LLC to Offer Fractional Ownership Packages of Infield Hospitality Suites

GRAND HAVEN, MI -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 19, 2007 -- A Veteran boutique event-planning firm that
caters to the group luxury and adventure travel needs of Fortune 500
companies has the inside track on a rare opportunity for horse racing fans
to see the spectacle that is the Kentucky Derby through fractional
ownership of the exclusive trackside infield hospitality suites at
Churchill Downs.
Grand Haven-based Inside Track, LLC, is operated by Patricia Armstead, CMP
(Certified Meeting Professional). The firm is currently taking
reservations from companies that otherwise would not have access to this
exclusive VIP hospitality area at the 2007 Kentucky Derby, scheduled for
the weekend of May 5 in Louisville.
Suite tickets can be purchased individually for the two days of racing that
make up the 133rd Derby (Kentucky Oaks on Friday and Kentucky Derby on
Saturday) or in a full-service package that includes weekend admission for
one to the infield suites (the best available at Churchill Downs), round
trip air fare, private transportation, three-night deluxe hotel
accommodations, and nightly dinner reservations to some of Louisville's
most sought-after hot spots.
"I had the privilege of attending the 2006 Derby as a guest of Churchill
Downs and I was hooked from the first minute I stepped on to the grounds,"
says Inside Track's manager Patricia Armstead, CMP. "The tradition, the
horses, the hats and all the events surrounding the Derby made me realize
that the Derby experience would make for a tremendous new business or
employee recognition event," Armstead adds. "This is the way for people to
experience the Derby and scratch it off their "things I must do in my
lifetime" list. This year even Queen Elizabeth II of England has decided
to scratch it from her list and it is possible that Vaira Vike-Freiberga,
the president of Latvia, will be attending."
The luxurious Infield Suites, located near the finish line and Winners
Circle, feature panoramic windows, hardwood floors, theatre-style seating,
private restroom facilities, in-suite pari-mutuel betting machines,
closed-circuit monitors with surround sound, food and beverage service, all
in a climate controlled environment. Suite guests also have access to the
rooftop observation deck that offers sweeping views of the entire track.
Inside Track does not own the suites. They are a broker only.
"Only a limited number of people ever get to view the Kentucky Derby this
way," Armstead adds, referring to the limited seating and access to VIP
events. "Inside Track is privileged to offer its guests the chance to have
those bragging rights."
