The Annual General Meeting of ALK-Abelló A/S will take place on Friday,
April 13, 2007 at 4.00 p.m. at the Radisson SAS Scandinavia Hotel, Amager
Boulevard 70 in Copenhagen. The agenda of the meeting with the complete
proposals from the Board of Directors to the AGM are attached.
The shareholders will be notified of the AGM in the Danish newspaper
Berlingske Tidende on Friday, March 23, 2007.
