Kelly Services Acquires Talents Technology

TROY, MI -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 23, 2007 -- Kelly Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: KELYA) (NASDAQ: KELYB), a global staffing solutions provider, today announced it has acquired Talents Technology (which consists of Talents Polska and Talents CZ), a permanent placement and executive search firm with operations in the Czech Republic and Poland. Estimated 2007 revenue is $2.4 million. The acquisition increases Kelly's global footprint to 32 countries and territories.

Established in 1997, Talents Technology has a solid reputation for the highest customer service standards and provides specialized executive search services to a broad range of information technology, pharmaceutical and life science companies.

Talents Technology will join Kelly's existing international business segment and will enhance the company's ability to provide comprehensive talent management solutions to its global customers. As part of the transaction, Dagmar Kratka, Talents Technology principal owner, will become executive director and will continue to lead Talents Technology as a division of Kelly Services.
