HAMILTON, Bermuda, March 23, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- The Seadrill jack-up drilling rig West Janus has secured employment with an E&P operator in Malaysia. The assignment has duration of 12 months and the estimated contract value is approximately US$67 million. Start-up of operations is scheduled in late second quarter of 2007. The West Janus is currently operating offshore Bangladesh.
