Marine Bank Names Robert Churan as Market President

SCOTTSDALE, AZ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 27, 2007 --Marine Bank, Wauwatosa, Wisconsin (Marine) is pleased to announce that Robert (Bob) Churan has been promoted to Market President for the Arizona market.

Mr. Churan has over thirty years of banking experience and has served in a variety of leadership positions. Prior to joining Marine Bank, Mr. Churan served as Senior Relationship Manager for Meridian Bank, as well as holding commercial lending roles for Western Security Bank and U.S. Bank. Although Mr. Churan spent a large portion of his banking career primarily in his home state of Pennsylvania, Mr. Churan has resided in Phoenix, Arizona for the past twelve years.

Mr. Churan joined Marine in 2005 as Vice President of Commercial Banking, and was quickly promoted to Senior Vice President where he became the primary contributor to the bank's loan growth and relationship building activity in the Phoenix market. Mr. Churan's new responsibilities include increasing shareholder value, management of market activities, and strengthening the bank's strategic position.
