VINELAND, N.J., March 28, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Jagged Peak, Inc., a leading provider of real-time, web-based demand execution services and solutions, is under contract with AuGRID Global Holdings Corp. (Pink Sheets:AGHD) to handle fulfillment and logistics associated with AGHD's consumer electronics products, initially the Optipure plasmas and LCD products. AGHD has received assurances from Jagged Peak that secured warehouse space has been reserved and the final update to the Optipure product and e-commerce site will be streamlined and more consumer friendly. Once the plasma and LCD products arrive at the Jagged Peak facility, the staff will oversee the testing and repackaging of each unit prior to shipment to the consumer. All manuals will be in PDF form, as well as hard copy. As our products evolve, the website will become more advanced, as each investor and persons of the public are aware of, websites are a living breathing, evolving cyber being.
AuGRID chose the fulfillment house for its obvious streamline capabilities and an increase to AuGRID's bottom line. In addition, the company was very impressed with the list of current clients, such as: Swatch, AIG Sun America, Nokia, Tag Heuer, to name a few. Currently the Optipure.biz website is up and running, but will have further integration with Jagged Peak. The IT engineers are working currently to expedite this integration. Finally, AuGRID has chosen a company out of Cleveland, Ohio to handle fulfillment, warranty and repair for its speaker line, which is being manufactured in the United States, in the state of Ohio. This is a tactical operation that management feels best suits the branding of its speakers. It is an arguable statement, but AuGRID Global Holdings still feels that the best speakers are manufactured in the United States. In time AuGRID's customers and the audiophiles all over the world will have the final judgment.
