ANNUAL REPORT AND ACCOUNTS 2006

Old Mutual plc (“Old Mutual”) has today published its Annual Report and Accounts
for 2006. A copy of the document has been submitted to the UK Listing Authority
and will shortly be available for inspection at the UK Listing Authority's
Document Viewing Facility, which is situated at the Financial Services
Authority, 25 North Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HS (www.fsa.gov.uk).
The document has also been filed with the JSE, South Africa.
