The following information is based on a press release from Axis AB (Axis) dated March 12, 2007 and may be subject to change. The board of Axis has proposed that the Annual General Meeting, which will be held on April 18, 2007, approves an extra dividend of SEK 2.25. Provided that the Annual General Meeting approves the proposal, OMX Derivatives Markets will carry out a re-calculation of options and futures in Axis.
