Changes in Orion's Articles of Association entered in the Trade Register on 19 April 2007
The changes in accordance with the decision by the AGM held on 2 April 2007 in the Articles of Association of Orion Corporation have been entered in the Trade Register today, 19 April 2007. The new Articles of Association have been published in the Stock Exchange Release of 2 April 2007 concerning the decisions by the AGM.
