On 23 April, the Board of Directors of Feintool International Holding decided on a structural change to its Group Management. With the departure of Serge Gafner as Head of Group Human Resources as of 1 May 2007, HR will come under the area of responsibility of CFO Jürg E. Wenger. Human Resources has been reorganized in such a way that the higher-level Group activities are properly coordinated and the HR units of the individual Group companies are appropriate to the complex tasks required of them.
