-- Save Report Parameters - This feature memorizes the users' custom
report parameters to save time when running commonly used reports. The
default report settings can be reset, and this feature can be turned on or
off at any time.
-- Email Reports and Forms - DacEasy customers can now e-mail reports and
forms as PDF attachments to co-workers, partners, owners, customers,
vendors, and others.
-- Customized Lookups - Users can reduce the time it takes to get to
information to complete tasks or transactions they are entering with this
new feature. Based on the information a user wants to display, columns can
be added or removed from the lookups. Also, records in a lookup can be
exported to an ASCII file.

In addition to the enhancements that improve efficiency, upgrading
customers will find features that allow them to clean up auto complete data
collected in fields that support automatic word completion, provide them
faster access to transactions with attached notes, and enable users to
print federal Form 1096 directly from DacEasy, minimizing errors that occur
when manually completing this form. These improved features provide greater
accuracy in getting the numbers and data right, so that businesses can
maintain a higher level of performance.
DacEasy Version 15 also offers its users greater flexibility over key
processes and tasks. The graphic form editor now provides flexible
customization capabilities making it easier to visualize and view the form
on screen, before the form is printed. Also, customers now have more
flexibility for exporting and saving files. Files can be exported and saved
to Microsoft® Excel® or HTML, or exported through the DacEasy print
engine. Tracking and managing employee work plans and schedules is easier
now using the new Employee Vacation and Sick Time Report.

DacEasy Version 15 is now available direct from Sage Software at
www.daceasy.com or through Sage Software Certified Consultants. The price
for a single user version is $449 or $849 for a networked edition. DacEasy
Version 15 is available in specific business software modules including
accounting, payroll, order entry and point of sale.
