top substitute teachers across the United States as Substitute Teachers of
the Semester during National Substitute Teacher Appreciation Week,
May 7-11. The honorees are being recognized for their exemplary service
and commitment to supporting a productive learning environment for students
during the second semester of the 2006-2007 school year.
