TROY, MI -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 8, 2007 -- Kelly Educational Staffing, a service line of
global staffing provider Kelly Services (NASDAQ : KELYA ), is honoring their
top substitute teachers across the United States as Substitute Teachers of
the Semester during National Substitute Teacher Appreciation Week,
May 7-11. The honorees are being recognized for their exemplary service
and commitment to supporting a productive learning environment for students
during the second semester of the 2006-2007 school year.

earn gift certificates and are eligible to become Kelly's National
Substitute Teacher of the Year, an honor that is awarded at the end of the
school year.
