Information on Mortgage Bonds of AS “PARITATE BANKA”


AS "PARITATE BANKA" has launched the third emission of mortgage bonds:
1. number of the debt securities to be issued, their nominal value, maturity
term and interest rate;

Interest Income Period

the period between 15 May 2007 and 15 November 2007 (including) and hereinafter
a period between the two Interest Income payment dates, i.e. the periods from
15 May until 15 November (including) and from 15 November until 15 May
(including) during the period from 15 November 2007 until 15 May 2010
(including). 

2. guarantee issued in relation to fulfillment of liabilities arising from the
debt securities of the Issuer; 

There is no special guarantee provided for fulfillment of liabilities arising
from the debt securities. The rights of the holders embedded in Mortgage Bonds
are protected by the Law on Mortgage Bonds and the Law on Credit Institutions. 


3. terms of subscription to the debt securities and issue price.

	Mortgage Bonds may be purchased for the price 100% (hundred per cent) equal to
their nominal value, i.e. EUR 100.00 (one hundred euros) for one Mortgage Bond. 
The initial offering among Investors will start on 16 April 2007 (10:00 a.m.)
and its deadline is 11 May 2007 (04:00 p.m.). 
Investors may submit applications for purchase of Mortgage Bonds to banks or
investment brokerages that have received licenses for providing investment
services and services related to investments and where Investors have open
financial instruments accounts. 
Mortgage Bonds subscription applications may be submitted to Hipoteku Banka
every workday from 10:30 a.m. to 05:00 p.m. 
	Only those Investors, who qualify as investors in terms of the Law in
Financial Instruments Market, as well as those who are willing to purchase
Mortgage Bonds worth at least EUR 50,000 may subscribe for Mortgage Bonds
during the initial offering. The minimum subscription amount is 1 (one)
Mortgage Bond. The minimum amount for an unqualified investor to subscribe for
is 500 (five hundred) Mortgage Bonds. The amount of Mortgage Bonds should be
stated in the application. 
	Hipoteku Banka reports the results of offering to all account holders who on
their behalf or on the behalf of investors will have submitted subscription
applications for the Mortgage Bonds within 1 (one) workday after the closing
date of the initial offer (11 May 2007). 
	As soon as the Mortgage Bonds have reached the financial instrument account of
the Investor, he / she is entitled to make trading transactions with them,
taking into account that Mortgage Bonds may only be distributed to the
investors mentioned above until the Mortgage Bonds Prospect is registered with
the FCMC. 
	Mortgage Bonds are free transferable (no transfer restrictions) securities,
i.e. there are no transfer restrictions on the securities.
