Long-Term Credit Rating of AS “PARITATE BANKA” Upgraded from B2 to B1


On 4 may 2007, the international rating agency Moody's Investors Services Ltd
upgraded the long-term credit rating of AS “PARITATE BANKA” from B2 to B1 based
on Moody's assessment of parental support from PrivatBank (Ukraine). 
The Bank Financial Strength Rating (BFSR) has remained unchanged at E+.
Forecast for changes of all ratings is stable. The stable forecast for the BFSR
reflects the bank's fairly resilient market share, as well as improvements in
the bank's profitability.
