Odfjell has now sold the vessels at market prices, and the two transactions will give a total gain of about USD 22 mill. Bow Singapore was delivered to the new owners 10 May 2007, and Bow Asia is expected to be delivered first half of June 2007.
Odfjell has entered into a bareboat charter with the new owners for a period of 7 years with options to purchase the vessels or to extend the charter period. Odfjell Ship Management will be the technical and crewing manager for both vessels.
