Canyon Acres Makes the Cut When It Comes to Fundraising

Canyon Acres and Pon International Team Up for the Second Annual Cut-a-thon, Raising Money for Local Children and Families in Need


ANAHEIM HILLS, Calif., May 14, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Canyon Acres Children and Family Services, a charity organization committed to providing homes, care, treatment and supportive services for abused, neglected and emotionally troubled children and their families, announced today they are teaming up with Pon International, a state-of-the-art-salon located in Anaheim Hills, for its second annual Cut-a-thon Sunday, June 10, 2007. The Cut-a-thon is a great opportunity for the local community to participate in a charitable cause that benefits the children of Canyon Acres.

Pon will open its doors to the charitable public from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. providing participants with a free shampoo and haircut from a trained professional for a $25 donation. All proceeds raised from the event will be donated directly to Canyon Acres. The Cut-a-thon is open to the public on a first come, first served basis.
