Maconomy's total capital and the total number of voting rights
Copenhagen, June 1, 2007. In accordance with section 17 (2) of the Danish
Executive Order no. 226 of March 15, 2007 on the issuers' disclosure
requirements, we hereby inform that the total share capital of Maconomy A/S
amounts to DKK 39,573,700 which is made up of 19,786,850 shares of a nominal
value of DKK 2 corresponding to 19,786,850 voting rights.
