OmniReliant and Power Paper Ltd. to Collaborate On Kathy Hilton's Skincare Product Line


NEW YORK, June 4, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Omnireliant Holdings, Inc., licensee of Kathy Hilton Skincare (OTCBB:ORHI) (ORHI), and Power Paper Ltd., a company headquartered in Israel, (POWER) have signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) to collaborate on a series of current and future skincare delivery systems.

The collaboration agreement will enable the two companies to use their complementary skills and capabilities to market this exciting and fast growing area of cutting edge skincare technology.

Collaboration areas to be explored include an innovative product line combining revolutionary technology with active ingredients. A Kathy Hilton branded patch is being designed for treatment of conditions such as skin damage, aging, wrinkles, hyper-pigmentation, and photo-damage.
