Riga Stock Exchange Management Board resolved on its meeting of June 15, 2007 to list on the Baltic Main List, starting with June 18, 2007, additional AS „Olainfarm” shares. Starting with June 18, 2007 on the Baltic Main List will be listed 876 023 „Olainfarm” shares of the new emission with nominal value LVL 1 and also converted 10 214 155 „Olainfarm” shares with nominal value LVL 1 will be listed on the Baltic Main List starting with June 18, 2007. The Riga Stock Exchange trading code for “Olainfarm” new emission shares is OLF2R; SAXESS order book technical ID is 41155. Trading code for „Olainfarm” converted shares is OLF3R and SAXESS order book technical ID is 41158. After share capital enlargement registration in Latvian Commercial Register it is planned to consolidate „Olainfarm” new emission shares with ISIN code LV0010100509 and converted shares with ISIN code LV0020100507 under one ISIN code LV0000100501 which is assigned for already in RSE listed „Olainfarm” shares. After share consolidation there will be 14 085 078 „Olainfarm” shares listed on the Baltic Main List with nominal value LVL 1, ISIN code LV0000100501 and trading code OLF1R. At present there are 2 994 900 AS „Olainfarm” shares listed on the Baltic Main List, with nominal value LVL 1.
