World Am Subsidiary Wins Government Contract Expansion, Bringing Total Value of Project to $406,000

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., June 21, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Isotec, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of World Am, Inc. (OTCBB:WDAM), today reported it has received an expanded contract award of $84,000 from a major U.S. Government agency, putting the total value of the partially completed project, initially begun last year, at $406,000. All work is to be completed in 2007.

The contract leverages Isotec's extensive engineering expertise in the development of custom access control portals, which are to be deployed in a fast track program to secure at-risk locations at one of the most secure government facilities in the nation. Two different types of advanced Isotec automated access control and personnel screening systems will be used to control personnel access and simultaneously automatically screen materials moving into and out of the facility. The system also includes a sophisticated automated remote control and surveillance operator console, based on Isotec's unique programmable touch screen interfaces and custom control algorithms.

"This latest contract from the U.S. Government underscores Isotec's leadership in detection technology, and the recognition it is receiving in both the private and public sectors. The nature of the contract prevents the company from commenting further on it," said Isotec's president, Ken Jochim. Isotec expects follow-on orders for similar systems from other highly secure facilities based on this system configuration.

World Am has two operating subsidiaries, Isotec and Senz-It. Isotec solutions provide "Protection, not just Detection." It develops, integrates and supplies Automated Security Portals, broadly categorized as access control, weapons control, or materials control systems that rigorously control entry or exit of people and materials into and/or out of a facility, while reducing the need for security personnel. Applications of the technology have been delivered to the commercial, retail and government sectors. Isotec's experience in this field allows it to provide high-quality, code-compliant, application-optimized solutions at the lowest cost in the shortest timeframe.

Senz-It represents an innovative advancement in the field of micro-sensors that have applications in Homeland Security, indoor air quality monitoring, food processing and health care. Its potential products are intended to compete in the developing field of real-time detection and notification devices, and are being designed to identify patterns of molecules present in liquid, blood and air environments for significantly less cost than current approaches.
