DALLAS, June 27, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- Romacorp, Inc. announced the promotion of Phil Heckathorne to Vice President of Company Operations and Randy Steinbrenner to Vice President of Marketing of the company. The announcement was made by Marc Buehler, President and CEO of Romacorp. Heckathorne was previously Director of Operations for the company while Steinbrenner has served as Executive Director of Marketing.
Heckathorne joined Tony Roma's in 1989 and quickly rose through the restaurant manager ranks to become an area supervisor. He has been honored four times in his 18 year career at Tony Roma's for outstanding performance and achievements.
Steinbrenner has been with the organization since 2004. Before joining Tony Roma's he was a Senior Marketing Manager at Applebee's International, responsible for all beverage initiatives and implementation. Before working in the marketing arena, he was a General Manager in the Atlanta market. Prior to his eight years at Applebee's, Steinbrenner was an owner/operator in several nightclubs and bars in the Atlanta area.
