Providential Holdings Assists Vietnam-Based Cat Thai Manufacturing & Trading Company With U.S. Stock Market Listing

Holdings, Inc. (OTCBB : PRVH ) (German Stock Exchanges: PR7, WKN 935160), a

and Asia, announced today a definitive agreement to help Cat Thai
Manufacturing & Trading company go public and access United States capital
markets. In exchange, Providential will receive shares of stock from the
new public company for its services.
