The amendments to the Articles of Association registered in the Commercial Register

On May 30, 2007 the shareholders meeting of Balti Investeeringute Grupi Pank AS
decided to amend the Articles of Association. The Financial Supervision         
Authority approved the changes to the Articles of Association with it's decision
from June 13, 2007 and these changes were registered in the Commercial Register 
on June 26, 2007.                                                               
The amendments to the Articles of Association are of technical nature and       
related to updating the Articles of Association in compliance with the          
requirements of current legislation. The amendments also affect the allowed     
types of shares (only one type of common shares) and a better description of the
decision-making processes of the Supervisory Board and Management Board.        
The amendments do not affect the rights or obligations of the shareholders or   
creditors of the company.
