Tilgin signs support contract with Nordic operator for IP home gateway solutions

July 5, 2007 - Stockholm, Sweden: Tilgin, a leader in Customer Premises
Equipment (CPE) for triple play and IMS solutions, is today announcing a new
support contract with one of the leading operators in the Nordic region.

Today, Tilgin has signed a contract - initially for the second half of 2007 -
with one of the leading operators in the Nordic region regarding technical
support and upgrades for the operator's IP home gateway solutions. The contract
also provides the operator with access to technical maintenance and upgrades of
Tilgin's centralized remote management system VCM, which the operator is already
using for upgrading, configuring and monitoring customer premises equipment."These days, 'Plug & Play' is something that end-users pretty much take for
granted. Subscribers assume that home multimedia services won't require them to
lift a finger and that these services will function without any problems", says
Tilgin's CEO Ola Berglund. "The complete package of advanced multimedia services
that operators supply today is a challenge in terms of getting all parts of the
service offering to interact seamlessly. Through Tilgin's support solution and
the access to upgrades and our expertise it offers, our customer can future- and
quality-assure its service."

The contract reflects one of Tilgin's higher levels of technical and
professional support services. The contract's order value is based on the
customer's installed base of Tilgin's IP home gateways, which currently adds up
to an order value for the support contract on a yearly basis of about SEK
700,000.
