is pleased to announce the promotion of Brian Martin to Vice President,
Client Services.
Brian has developed and strengthened OpenAir's total customer satisfaction
approach, relying on the philosophy of customer satisfaction guru Fred
Reichheld of Bain Consulting. Brian has implemented proactive and
customer-focused strategies for improving overall customer satisfaction.
Brian joined OpenAir in January 2006 as OpenAir's Director of Marketing.
In that role, he grew OpenAir's marketing group, initiated highly effective
targeted marketing campaigns and was a primary driver of OpenAir's
phenomenal growth over that period.

joining Bain, Brian worked at American Express, AOL and AT&T's Financial
Leadership Program. Brian received a BS in Commerce, with distinction and
Beta Gamma Sigma from the University of Virginia and an MBA from
Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management, where he
also graduated with distinction and Beta Gamma Sigma.
