The Board of Directors of BELIMO Holding AG has appointed Dr Jacques Sanche (a 42-year-old with Swiss and Canadian nationality) as the new Chief Executive Officer of the Belimo Group. He will take up his new post on September 1, 2007.
Jacques Sanche is currently Deputy CEO of WMH Walter Meier Holding AG, with responsibility for the Climate Solutions Division. He has held a variety of general management positions within this group and gathered valuable experience in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning sector. He had previously completed a doctorate at the Institute for Information Management of the University of St. Gallen and worked as a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group in Munich.
The Belimo Group will pursue its successful growth strategy unchanged and continue to position itself in future as an innovative market and technology leader.
