G4S plc acquires Ridderikhof Groep BV, the Netherlands
G4S plc, the international security solutions group, announces that it has
acquired Ridderikhof Groep BV from C. Koole Holding BV and Amorfortia Beheer BV.
In the Netherlands, Ridderikhof is the leading company in the field of fire
prevention in the form of safety monitoring, advice and training and has gross
assets of €4.4m. Ridderikhof complements the group's existing consultancy and
training business, RICAS, which serves the security and safety sectors within
the Netherlands.
