(Pink Sheets:ARRM), announced today that EffTec-Australia, through its licensed partner, Airmaster-Australia, has reached an agreement with Colonial First State Property Management, which manages over $8 billion dollars of prime retail assets, to roll out EffTrack(tm) web-based chiller monitoring and energy efficiency software for a contracted price totaling US$400,000. The project involves 14 of Colonial's 37 sites and a total of 33 chillers.
Colonial First State Property Management places very high importance on sustainable practices in operating its high profile retail portfolio. EffTrack(tm) will give Colonial First State the ability to not only reduce its overall chiller plant operating costs by up to an estimated 15% but could also ensure a nationwide reduction in CO(2) emissions by over 5,600,000 kilograms (12,320,000 pounds) per annum.
