About amendments to Parex Russian Equity Fund prospectus, simplified prospectus and fund rules

The Financial and Capital Market Commission has approved amendments to the
prospectus of open-ended investment fund Parex Russian Equity Fund on August
02, 2007. Amendments are in force starting September 03, 2007. 
Amendments will not influence the fund investment portfolio and its investors.
The prospectus of the fund is available from the official website of the Riga
Stock Exchange (www.omxgroup.com) and on the website of “Parex Asset
Management” IPAS (www.parex.lv).
