Over the past few years, AS Eesti Ehitus' wholly-owned subsidiary AS Linnaehitus has been growing vigorously. Therefore, on 31 August 2007 the company's supervisory board decided to reorganise the entity's executive management by increasing the number of management board members to three. The new board will assume office on 19 October 2007. From 19 October, the chairman of the management board of AS Linnaehitus will be Priit Tiru and management board members will be Martin Sööt and Marko Raudsik. Kalev Kase is going to step down as management board member as of the same date. AS Linnaehitus, one of the leading construction companies in South Estonia is both a general contractor and a developer of residential and commercial properties.
