Exista has signed a new EUR 500 million senior unsecured credit facility. The
term loan has two tranches: a EUR 407.5 million tranche for three years at 130
basis points over EURIBOR, and a EUR 92.5 million tranche for one year at 62.5
basis points over EURIBOR, with an option to extend for up to three years at
the lender's discretion.
The issue was substantially oversubscribed, which resulted in an increase of
the facility amount from EUR 200 million to EUR 500 million. A total of 27
banks from 12 countries participated in the transaction. Arrangers were
Bayerische Landesbank, Fortis Bank, HSH Nordbank and Raiffeisen Zentralbank
Österreich.
The proceeds of the loan will be used for refinancing purposes. The arrangers'
