STROMSDAL CORPORATION'S SHARE ISSUES OF 21 AUGUST 2007 HAVE BEEN REGISTERED TO
THE TRADE REGISTER
The total of 11,302,221 shares, issued for subscription at the extraordinary
General Meeting of Shareholders and at the meeting of the Board of Directors of
Stromsdal Corporation on 21 August 2007, has been registered in the Finnish
trade register on 24 and 28 August 2007. As a result of the registrations the
total number of shares of the company is 27,515,399. The subscription price of
the shares was registered to the fund to freely distributable funds of the
company and thus the share issues had no impact to the registered share capital,
EUR 10,102,906.80.
The new shares will be taken into public trading on the list of small cap
companies of OMX Nordic Exchange Helsinki approximately on 12 September 2007.
