Competition Board approved the acquisition of AS Maaleht

On 30.08.2007 Competition Board made the decision to approve the acquisition of
AS Maaleht by AS Ekspress Grupp. 

AS Maaleht is the publisher of weekly Maaleht with the circulation of
approximately 50 000 copies. AS Maaleht also publishes books nad two magazines
- Maakodu and Maamajandus. 

AS Ekspress Grupp acquired the shares of AS Maaleht for 52 million EEK, the
share purchase agreement was signed on 11.06.2007. The planned time for
transaction of the shares is 05.09.2007.
