Ivi Schwarz will start in the position of the new Management Board member of Manutent OÜ on 3 August. This means that the number of members in the Manutent Management Board, which for a while amounted to two, has been made to comply with the requirements of the Commercial Code. The owner of the company, Märt Vooglaid, will become the Chairman of the 3-member Management Board. Financial Director Reimo Raid will continue as the third member of the Management Board. Ivi Schwarz has been the chief accountant of Manutent OÜ since the establishment of the company (2001). Ivi graduated from the Estonian Business School in the speciality of International Business Management in 2000. Ivi Schwarz was the chief accountant of AS Delfi before she joined Manutent.
