Coloplast - transactions in connection with share buy-back programme

As per Stock Exchange Announcement No. 12/2007 Coloplast will continue the
share buy-back under a new programme for the period until 30 September 2007. 

Under this programme the following transactions have been executed during the
period 27.8.07 - 31.8.07 (see attached PDF).
