Pöyry Plc has signed an agreement to acquire the minority share 9.9 per cent of Pöysälä & Sandberg Oy, Finland. At the same time Pöyry has concluded the acquisition of Pöysälä & Sandberg Oy by acquiring 100 per cent of the shares and votes in the company. Pöyry will consolidate the result and balance sheet of Pöysälä & Sandberg Oy as of September 1, 2007.
