AS IPS Hansa Fondi informs that changes have been in the Articles of Association of Hansa Fondi, as well as in the body of the Board and the Council, which have been recorded with the Commercial Register on 27.08.2007. The Board of Hansa Fondi is currently composed of Mr Harijs Svarcs (Chairperson of the Board), Mr Kristiāns Miķelsons and Mr Mareks Hauks. The Board of Hansa Fondi is composed of Mr Toms Siliņs (Chairperson of the Council), Ms Tīna Ķuze (Deputy Chairperson of the Council) and Ms Oksana Sivokobiļska (Member of the Council). The FCMC granted its consent to the above changes on 29.08.2007. Harijs Švarcs - the Chairperson of the Board. In 2000, he earned BA degree in Economics, and in 2003 - MA degree in Economics from the University of Latvia. In 2002, he earned MSc degree in Finance and Economics from Cass Business School, City University in London. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Since 29 August 2007 he works as the Chairperson of the Board of AS IPS Hansa Fondi. Before that, he has worked with the Bank of Latvia and (1999-2001; 2002-2007) and Tallinn Pank Securities Latvia (1997-1999).
