The focus on growth continues: ReadSoft establishes subsidiary in Benelux

In line with its growth strategy to establish a local presence in
important markets, it's time for yet another step forward in the
expansion of the Swedish software company ReadSoft. The company is
starting up a new subsidiary, headquartered in the Netherlands, which
will also cover the neighboring countries of Belgium and Luxemburg.
With this new addition, ReadSoft now has operations in 15 countries
on four continents.

ReadSoft's partners and resellers have very successfully represented
the company in the Benelux region. With a growing number of partners
and international customers in the area, ReadSoft has found it
increasingly important to be able to serve both existing and
potential customers in a timely and efficient manner. With dedicated
people and resources in the region, the opportunities to close more
and bigger deals will increase substantially, and ReadSoft expects to
grow quickly in this market/."Due to the success we have had in the Benelux region, this market

The new subsidiary will be lead by Mr. Gert-Jan de Vries. Mr. de
Vreis has more than ten years of industry experience in the Benelux
region. As the Managing Director of ReadSoft Benelux he will,
together with Mr. Peter Plantfeber, Professional Services & Presales
Manager, focus the efforts on increasing the partner network in the
region and finding more channels into the market.

After opening the office in Benelux, ReadSoft now has operations in
the following fifteen countries: Sweden, Norway, Denmark, the
Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Finland, France, Spain, the UK, the US,
Chile, Brazil, Malaysia and Australia.
