SCOTTSDALE, AZ--(Marketwire - September 7, 2007) - Health Enhancement Products, Inc. (OTCBB : HEPI ) and HEPI Pharmaceuticals, Inc., its wholly owned subsidiary,
announced today that Thomas D. Ingolia has resigned as director and CEO of
the companies. Effective immediately Janet Crance, currently a director
and the Chief Accounting Officer of each company, will act as the Chief
Administrative Officer of both companies.
