LOS ANGELES, Sept. 10, 2007 (PRIME NEWSWIRE) -- PondelWilkinson Inc., a national investor relations and corporate communications advisory firm, today announced that Eileen Rauchberg has joined the company as senior vice president.
Rauchberg has more than 18 years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in integrating financial, corporate and media communications. She has provided strategic counsel on a wide range of financial and corporate initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring initiatives, corporate governance mandates, SEC disclosure policies and crisis communications, in addition to day-to-day investor and corporate communications counsel.

Prior to joining the firm, Rauchberg managed corporate programs for one of the country's largest broadcast communications firms, New York-based Medialink Worldwide. Previously, she was a vice president and practice director of Hill & Knowlton's financial communications group, based in Los Angeles. Her prior experience includes executive positions with the Financial Relations Board and eight years with Reuters America.
Rauchberg earned a bachelor's degree in communications from the University of Southern California. She holds a certificate of completion in mergers and acquisitions from the UCLA John E. Anderson Graduate School of Management and is a member of the National Investor Relations Institute and the Public Relations Society of America.
